- Mask surfaces that are not to be treated to protect them from overspray.
- For best results, apply the putty at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
- Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
- Before treatment, metal surfaces must be freed from rust and scale and dry sanded with P80-P240 abrasive paper.
- Old paint coatings must be dry sanded with P220-P320 abrasive paper.
- Degrease the surface thoroughly.
- Spray the putty from a distance of 15-25 cm, in as many coats as needed to fill the unevenness, with intercoat drying 3-5 minutes at +20°C.
- READY FOR SANDING IN 30-40 MINUTES AT +20°C.
- Coating thickness: 40-50 µm per coat.
- After drying it can be topcoated with any type of paint.
- If required, overcoat the putty with an acrylic filler primer.
- Before applying the paint, dry sand the primer with P400-P500 abrasive paper.
Warning! After use, to avoid clogging the spray head, turn the can upside down and spray until the product stops coming out.
