KUDO® PROFF NEXTGEN professional construction and industrial adhesive sealants are based on silane terminated hybrid polymers, which combine the best properties of polyurethane and silicone materials. They handle any bonding and sealing task on a wide range of materials.
The distinctive properties of KUDO® NEXTGEN adhesive sealants result from a balanced mixture of hybrid polymers, functional additives and mineral fillers. Hybrid polymers (a modern analogue of MS‑polymers) provide maximum durability and superior joint efficiency in a wide range of conditions.

Elastomeric product with both sealant and adhesive properties
NEXTGEN joint adhesive sealant | Shore 40
Multipurpose joint adhesive sealant.
For elastic and high-strength joints. Recommended for fixing facade and building panels, roof structures, air conditioning and ventilation systems, and for sealing gaps around cable ducts and other structural units.
NEXTGEN low-modulus joint sealant | Shore 25
Multipurpose low-modulus joint adhesive sealant.
For highly elastic and high-strength joints. Complies with ISO 11600 Type F Class 25 LM. Recommended for expansion and compensation joints, facade and roof joints, and cracks in building panels and roof structures.
NEXTGEN constructional adhesive sealant | Shore 50
Multipurpose constructional adhesive sealant.
For high-strength and elastic bonds. Recommended for installing window sills, door sills, air conditioning and ventilation systems, stair treads and other structural units with an adhesive joint mobility of up to 10%.
Key benefits of hybrid polymers
Do not build up static electricity
Unlike silicone products, hybrid adhesive sealants do not build up static electricity and therefore do not attract dust. Joints made with hybrid polymers stay clean.
Have a solid, pore-free structure
Polyurethanes release carbon dioxide bubbles as they cure, and the higher the humidity, the larger the bubbles. Hybrids release no carbon dioxide and have a solid structure.
Contain no solvents
Unlike polyurethane products, hybrid adhesive sealants do not shrink, because they contain no solvents that evaporate over time.
UV resistant
Hybrid adhesive sealants are not affected by UV, while polyurethane ones break down quickly in sunlight and always have to be covered.
Contain no substances that migrate into porous materials around the joint
Silicone sealants contain oil plasticizers that migrate into the porous materials around the joint. Over time these plasticizers leave a greasy halo on concrete, stone and other porous materials around the joint; dust and dirt stick to it and form brown streaks. The plasticizers in hybrid polymers react completely with the other components of the sealant and do not seep into the surrounding porous materials. Joints made with hybrid polymer keep a clean appearance for a long time.
Easy to paint over
Unlike silicone products, hybrid adhesive sealants can be painted with any type of paint.
Excellent adhesion to all materials and easy repair
Hybrid materials adhere excellently to almost any material and are easy to repair: a fresh layer of sealant bonds well to one applied earlier. They can be applied at high humidity and even under water, which makes the work noticeably simpler and faster.
