- Mask surfaces that are not to be primed to protect them from overspray.
- For best results, apply the product at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
- Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
- Before the primer is applied, metal surfaces should be cleaned of rust and scale and sanded with P80-P240 sandpaper (dry sanding). Old paint finishes should be sanded with P220-P320 sandpaper (dry sanding) or with P400 sandpaper (wet sanding). Then degrease the surface thoroughly.
- Spray the primer from a distance of 25-30 cm, in 2 coats, with intercoat drying 5-10 minutes at +20°C. Drying time is 1.5 hours at +20°C or 30 minutes at +60°C. Coating thickness: 40-50 µm per coat.
- Before the paint is applied, the primer is dry sanded with P400-P500 sandpaper and wet sanded with P800-P1000 sandpaper.
Warning! After use, to avoid clogging the spray head, it is recommended to turn the can upside down and spray until the primer stops coming out.
