High-quality professional Acrylic Primer is intended for pre-painting of ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts. The primer can be applied over old painting coats. It provides effective anti-corrosion protection of metallic surfaces and has excellent adhesion of the base coating and the painted one. Provides good porous filling-up and is easily sanded, making a perfect surface without pores, ripples or roughness. Paintable with all types of paints.

Advanced 3P (Professional Precision Painting) technology ensures a professional-grade spray swath, enables a high coverage rate with maximum accuracy control.

  • In order to avoid traces of aerosol, it is recommended to protect surfaces that are not to be treated.
  • For best results, apply the product at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
  • Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
  • Before the primer is applied, the metal surfaces should be cleaned of rust and scale, be abrasive treated with P80-240 (dry sanding). Old paint coatings should be treated with sandpaper P220-320 (dry sanding) or Р400 (wet sanding).
  • Spray the primer from a distance of 25-30 cm, in 2 coats, with intercoat drying 5-10 minutes at +20°C. Dry to handle at +20°C is 1,5 hours or at +60°С – 30 minutes. Coating thickness: 40-50 µm per coat.
  • Before painting, the primer should be dry sanded with P400-P500 abrasive paper and wet sanded with P800-P1000.

Warning! After use, to avoid clogging the spray head, turn the can upside down and spray until the primer stops coming out.
