Steps of the job:
1. Always wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from injury
2. Foam is very hard to remove from skin, so always wear protective gloves
3. The gun may still hold foam cleaner under pressure, so do not point the gun nozzle at yourself or at anyone around you. Taking the usual precautions, open the flow control screw and release the pressure from the gun
4. Check that the valve works properly and that the spring-loaded ball still moves freely
5. Shake the can for 20-30 seconds before use
6. Screw the can onto the gun. As a precaution keep the gun nozzle pointed away from you
7. Shake the product again, holding it by the can and not by the gun
8. Release foam for 1-2 seconds
9. Mist the surface the foam will be applied to with water
10. Start filling the joint. Fill the joint with foam from the bottom up. The foam then has firm support and does not run down. The joint comes out even and clean.
11. Once the joint is filled, mist the applied foam with water again
12. When the job is finished, wash the gun tip with a dedicated cleaner. The best choice for this is the professional PU foam cleaner FOAM&GUN CLEANER KUDO® KUPP06C
13. Carefully unscrew the foam can from the gun
14. Wash the remains of the foam off the gun valve with the cleaner
15. Screw the cleaner can onto the gun
16. Without changing the position of the flow control screw, flush the gun by running the cleaner through it 3 times for 3-5 seconds
17. Open the flow control screw fully and flush the gun once more
18. Close the flow control screw and unscrew the cleaner can from the gun
