One-component polyurethane adhesive KUDO® SUPERBLITZ HT with fast initial setting is developed according to VARIO SMART CELL technology. Characterized by high initial tack and low expansion, it does not deform the bonded elements. For exterior and interior use.

Recommended for fixing plasterboards, OSB boards, tiles, skirting boards, decorative elements, window sills, various types of insulation to concrete, brick, stone, metal, plastered, bitumen and wooden surfaces. Ideal for assembling wooden elements and non-load-bearing walls made of aerated concrete, gypsum tongue-and-groove blocks and cellular blocks. Speeds up finishing work. Economically viable and easy to use. Contains no harmful solvents or fillers. Cured adhesive is inert and safe to handle. No priming required for most materials. Not for fixing mirrors, polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE or silicone objects.

VSC® (Vario Smart Cell) controls bonding speed and strength: modified prepolymers govern how cohesive bonds form, how strong the initial grab is and how well the foam adheres.

  • SUPERBLITZ HT** is characterized by high initial tack, fast (~1 min) initial setting and uniform curing over the entire adhesive coating. Structural strength is reached after 1 hour, full cure after 24 hours*.
  • Efficiency: 1 can replaces 7 cartridges (310 ml) of construction adhesive, however SUPERBLITZ is several times cheaper. Adhesive yield: 1 can is about 120 meters of adhesive with a bead diameter of 10 mm*.
  • Production rate: it takes about 10 minutes to change and prepare for application 7 cartridges of construction adhesive and only 20 seconds for a can of foam adhesive.
  • Ready to use, with no mixing or special preparation tools required. Propellant pressure dispenses the foam adhesive without the manual force required for cartridge adhesives.
  • Installation work time is reduced by 30-40% compared to traditional technology.
