All-season polyurethane foam adhesive for wood, plywood and OSB panels. It provides a strong bond and eliminates squeaking in wooden structures.

KUDO® PROFF WOOD ADHESIVE SWD4 professional foam adhesive has minimal post-expansion and exerts no pressure on bonded structural components. The HYBRID CELL structure partially collapses after dispensing to form a higher-strength adhesive layer.

After extrusion the adhesive settles, so the bonded elements fit tightly together. For exterior and interior works.

VSC

VSC® (Vario Smart Cell) controls bonding speed and strength: modified prepolymers govern how cohesive bonds form, how strong the initial grab is and how well the foam adheres.

  • Adhesive yield: up to 300 linear meters of a 1 cm serpentine bead per can*.
  • Time before loading — up to 2 hours.
  • Puts no pressure on the structure.
  • High bond strength.

Used for:

  • Installing OSB and plywood in floors and roof sheathing;
  • Bonding drywall when lining and leveling walls;
  • Installing stair treads, trim, baseboards and other molding.
