KUPP10SPRAPS
One-component spray-applied polyurethane foam adhesive for fast fixing of mineral wool insulation, expanded polystyrene and foam boards. It is applied with a foam gun and a dedicated spray nozzle.
Professional spray-applied foam adhesive for mineral wool KUDO® PROFF SPRAY ADHESIVE 12+ is characterized by low expansion and does not deform bonded elements. Excellent adhesion to most building materials, except polyethylene, polypropylene and teflon.
Recommended for fixing insulation boards made of mineral wool, foamed polystyrene (EPS and XPS) and polyurethane foam (PUR and PIR) to concrete, brick, stone, metal, plastered and wooden surfaces in exterior and interior thermal insulation systems.
The spray nozzle forms a seamless adhesive layer with no voids between the materials.
VSC® (Vario Smart Cell) controls bonding speed and strength: modified prepolymers govern how cohesive bonds form, how strong the initial grab is and how well the foam adheres.
