One-component polyurethane foam adhesive with the VARIO SMART CELL system for the required bonding performance and maximum efficiency. Low expansion prevents distortion of bonded components. Excellent adhesion to most building materials, except polyethylene, polypropylene and PTFE.

Recommended for fixing plasterboard, OSB, tiles, skirting boards, decorative elements, window sills and insulation materials to concrete, brick, stone, metal, plastered, bituminous and wooden surfaces. Ideal for assembling wooden components and installing cellular blocks in non-load-bearing walls. No primer required on most materials. Not suitable for mirrors, polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE or silicone components. Speeds up finishing work and is economical and easy to use. Aerosol packaging allows clean, convenient application.

VSC

VSC® (Vario Smart Cell) controls bonding speed and strength: modified prepolymers govern how cohesive bonds form, how strong the initial grab is and how well the foam adheres.

  • Efficiency: 1 can replaces 6 cartridges (310 ml) of “Liquid Nails” adhesive, however KUDO® X6+ is several times cheaper.
  • Yield: approximately 75 meters of adhesive bead at a diameter of 10 mm per can*.
  • Preparation time: changing and preparing 6 adhesive cartridges takes 9 minutes, compared with 20 seconds for one foam adhesive can.
  • Ready to use, with no mixing or special preparation tools required. Propellant pressure dispenses the adhesive without the manual force required for cartridge adhesives.
  • Installation work time is reduced by 30-40% compared to traditional technology.
  • For most materials no primer is required.
  • Cures evenly throughout the adhesive layer. Structural strength develops after 1 hour; ready to handle after 12-24 hours.
