Heat-Resistant Silicone Sealant
KST-15X
High-quality, one-component, heat-resistant neutral-cure silicone sealant for household, renovation and construction applications. Recommended for sealing, bonding and securing joints and components in stoves, fireplaces, chimneys, ovens, cooktop heating plates and other parts exposed to high temperatures.
Excellent adhesion to most construction materials: concrete, bricks, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood, PVC, aerated concrete, ceramics, gypsum plasterboards, glass, clinker, porcelain, expanded polystyrene (EPS), enameled surfaces.
Remains elastic under continuous exposure to temperatures up to 300°C. Does not corrode concrete, natural stone or metals. Resistant to most detergents and cleaning agents, UV radiation, weathering and temperature changes. Thixotropic: does not run or sag in the joint. Forms a skin quickly. Resistant to aging.

Application
- It is recommended to apply the product at an ambient temperature from +5°C to +40°C; the sealant temperature should be +20°C…+25°C.
- Apply to clean, dry, degreased surfaces. Protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape for a neat finish.
- Tool the sealant in the joint with a damp spatula. Remove the masking tape immediately after smoothing.
- Remove excess applied sealant with a solvent or mechanically.
Note! Do not use for sealing aquariums and underwater joints. Do not paint over!
