HANDLE ALL HT TURBO Fast-Curing Adhesive with High Initial Tack
KX-6W
Intended for rigid, high-strength, permanently elastic adhesive bonds. KUDO® HT TURBO KX-6W adhesive and sealant is used for fixing construction and decorative elements (mirrors, window sills, door sills, air conditioning and ventilation systems, stairs, etc.) to concrete, brick, stone, metal, wooden and other surfaces (except polyethylene, polypropylene and fluoroplastic surfaces). Suitable for fixing stretch-ceiling aluminum profiles to porcelain stoneware.
KUDO® hybrid polymer adhesive and sealant, based on a modern alternative to MS polymers, resists loads and vibration. Thixotropic: does not drip or sag during application. Non-toxic and non-flammable.
Free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones. Requires no priming, and can be applied to damp surfaces. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Upon curing, can be sanded and painted over with water-based and synthetic paints*.

Application
- Important! The compound is highly viscous and requires a good-quality cartridge gun.
- Recommended application temperature range: from +5°C to +35°C.
- Apply the adhesive to clean, degreased surfaces. For cleaning and degreasing, KUDO® Universal degreaser is recommended.
- Can be applied to damp surfaces, provided there are no droplets or runs of water on them.
- Apply KUDO® HANDLE ALL HT TURBO to the elements to be bonded in strips at intervals of 5-15 cm to ensure ventilation.
- Press the component firmly into place and position it accurately.
- Tack-free time is no less than 10 minutes, curing rate over 4 mm per day.
- Two hours after application, the adhesive bond can take a heavy load.* The bond reaches its maximum strength within 3 days (at 23°C and 50% humidity).
- Remove freshly applied adhesive from unwanted surfaces and tools using a solvent. Remove cured adhesive mechanically.
Warning! Do not use on surfaces where contact with food is possible. Not suitable for continuous immersion in water.
*Conduct a test before using solvent-based paints.
