KUDO® CRYSTAL KX-5T adhesive and sealant forms high-strength, permanently elastic, clear bonds and seals joints. Recommended for assembling glass furniture and fixing small glass items, mirrors, moldings, shower trays, shower enclosures, ceramic mosaic tiles and skirting boards where a discreet bond line is required. Excellent adhesion to concrete, brickwork, stone, metal, wood and other surfaces, except polyethylene, polypropylene and polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon).
Non-toxic and non-flammable. The clear glue is free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones. Requires no priming, and can be used on wet surfaces. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
KUDO® hybrid polymer adhesive and sealant, based on a modern alternative to MS polymers, forms durable bonds that resist vibration. Thixotropic: does not drip, sag or migrate during application. Once cured, it can be sanded and coated with water-based and synthetic paints*.

Application
The product has passed in-house compatibility testing with products under the AIG trademarks and is recommended for use with Miroglass mirror sheet and Lumilac decorative glass.
- Recommended application temperature range: from +5°C to +35°C.
- Apply the adhesive to clean, grease-free surfaces. KU-9100 Silicone Remover is recommended for degreasing and cleaning.
- To do the work neatly, use masking tape and remove it immediately after applying the adhesive.
- Cut the tip from the cartridge above the screw thread, screw the dispensing nozzle onto the cartridge, unscrew the nozzle cap and trim the nozzle diagonally (at an angle of 45°) to fit the width of the joint.
- Apply KUDO® HANDLE ALL CRYSTAL to the elements to be bonded in strips at intervals of 5-15 cm to ensure ventilation. Apply with a cartridge caulking gun.
- Press the component into place and position it accurately. Provide temporary support if necessary. Full cure occurs through exposure to atmospheric moisture within 3-7 days.
- Set time — at least 20 minutes; adhesive curing speed — 3-4 mm per day (at +23°C and 50% relative humidity).
- Remove freshly applied adhesive from unwanted surfaces using a solvent (acetone, or white spirit). Remove cured adhesive mechanically.
- Bonded products can be used at temperatures from -60°C to +100°C.
Warning! Do not use on surfaces that may come into contact with food. Not suitable for continuous immersion in water.
