KSK-612
Designed for bonding and sealing joints between roofing elements made from shingles, metal or roofing felt and adjoining structural components.
Can be used for renewing and repairing roof coating: repairing leaks, sealing cracks in membrane coatings, gaps in concrete, walls, plaster. It is also recommended for sealing roof ridges, pitched roofs, drainage pipes, ventilation and rainwater systems. Can be used as an adhesive for flexible plastic or rubber shingles. For outdoor applications.
No primer required. Thixotropic: does not run or sag in the joint. Forms a durable, water-resistant joint that remains flexible, accommodates movement and vibration, and resists discoloration, UV radiation, weathering and temperature changes. The herbicidal additive prevents algae, moss and lichen growth.

Application
- It’s recommended to apply the product at an ambient temperature from +5°C to +35°C. The temperature of the sealant should be +20°C… +25°C.
- Apply to clean, dry, degreased, rust-free surfaces.
- Remove loose rust and layers of rust mechanically before applying the adhesive and sealant.
- Protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape for a neat finish.
- Cut off the cartridge tip above the thread and screw on the nozzle. Remove the nozzle cap and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to match the joint width.
- Apply with a cartridge caulking gun.
- Apply to the joint, smooth out with a putty knife.
- Remove cured sealant from tools and surfaces using mechanical methods. It is recommended to use a solvent (white spirit, butyl acetate) for cleaning.
- Do not use indoors or for enclosed areas.
