High-quality, one-component hybrid polymer sealant for roofs and facades. Cures through exposure to atmospheric moisture to form durable, sealed joints that withstand a wide range of environmental conditions, vibration and movement.
Used in the construction and renovation of industrial and residential buildings for sealing facade and roof joints and cracks in building panels and roof structures. Suitable for log home construction.
KUDO® roof and facade sealant based on hybrid polymers has excellent adhesion to most building materials: stone, concrete, glass, ceramics, metals and alloys, drywall, PVC, rigid plastics (except PE, PP and PTFE) and wood. Environmentally safe, non-toxic and non-flammable, free of isocyanates and solvents.

Application
- Apply at an ambient temperature from +5°C to +35°C.
- Apply to clean surfaces free from grease. KUDO® Universal degreaser is recommended for degreasing.
- For neat work, protect the surfaces with masking tape.
- Cut off the cartridge tip above the thread and screw on the nozzle. Remove the cap and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to match the joint width.
- Use a caulking gun for application.
- Apply the sealant as a continuous bead, without breaks, ridges or voids.
- Tool the joint with a spatula dampened with soapy water.
- Tack-free time: at least 30 minutes; cure rate: 2-4 mm/24 h (at +23°C and 50% relative humidity).
- Clean uncured sealant off soiled areas with solvent (acetone, white spirit) immediately after application, before the sealant cures.
- Clean tools with acetone or white spirit.
- Remove cured sealant mechanically.
