High-quality, general-purpose DONEWELL® acetoxy-cure silicone sealant for household, renovation and construction applications. Designed to bond and seal non-porous surfaces against air and moisture ingress. Suitable for sealing window and door frames, cable ducts, and joints around plumbing fixtures and air conditioning systems, and for protecting polyurethane foam from UV radiation.
Excellent adhesion to stainless steel, anodized aluminum, glass, ceramic tiles, treated or varnished wood, epoxy resin, laminates, most painted surfaces and many plastics, including polyester and polyacrylate. Forms a skin quickly. Resistant to most detergents and cleaning agents, UV radiation, weathering, temperature changes and almost all aggressive substances.
Thixotropic: does not run or sag in the joint.

Application
- It is recommended to apply the product at an ambient temperature from +5°C to +40°C; the sealant temperature should be +20°C…+25°C.
- Apply the sealant to clean, dry, degreased surfaces.
- Protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape for a neat finish.
- Cut off the tip of the cartridge above the screw thread, screw on the nozzle, unscrew the nozzle cap and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to the diameter matching the joint width.
- Use a caulking gun for application.
- Tool the sealant in the joint with a damp spatula.
- Remove the masking tape immediately after smoothing.
- Clean tools and surfaces soiled with sealant with a solvent (mineral spirits, acetone) before the sealant has cured.
- Remove cured sealant mechanically.
- Tack-free time is 10-12 minutes. Curing rate – 3 mm per day (at 23 °C and 50 % humidity).
- Service temperature from -50°C to +120°C.
Note! It is not recommended to use the sealant in contact with natural stone (marble or granite), on metal surfaces prone to corrosion (lead, copper, zinc, brass), on concrete, cement and plastered surfaces, or when working with mirrors. Do not use for sealing aquariums and underwater joints. Do not paint over!
