New-generation polyurethane sealant DONEWELL® is intended for creating high-strength, permanently elastic bonds and sealing joints.
Used for installing building and decorative elements (window sills, door thresholds, air conditioning and ventilation systems, stair treads, etc.) on concrete, brick, stone, metal, wooden and other surfaces (except polyethylene, polypropylene and fluoroplastic).
Non-toxic and non-flammable. Free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones. No priming is required, it can be applied to damp surfaces. For interior and exterior use.
Resistant to loads and vibrations. Thixotropic: does not run or sag in the joint. After curing it can be sanded and painted with water-based and synthetic paints (run a test before painting).DSP-453, DSP 453, 2nd generation, polyurethane, PU-40

Application
- Recommended application temperature between +5°C and +35°C
- Apply the sealant to clean, degreased surfaces. For degreasing and cleaning, KU-9100 Silicone remover is recommended.
- Protect surfaces with masking tape to ensure an accurate application and remove it immediately after applying the sealant.
- For application, use a dispensing gun for sealants in foil packs.
- Prepare the dispensing gun: fully retract the plunger, unscrew the retaining nut and nozzle, and insert the foil pack. Carefully cut off the exposed end of the pack. Refit and secure the nozzle and retaining nut, ensuring that the opened end of the pack sits inside the nozzle.
- Cut off the nozzle diagonally (at an angle of 45°) to provide a suitable dosing hole.
- Apply a continuous bead. Tool the sealant in the joint with a spatula dampened with soapy water.
- Tack-free time is no less than 20 minutes, curing rate of about 3.5 mm per day (at 23°C and 50% humidity).
- Clean surfaces soiled with fresh sealant with KUDO® Multipurpose sealant remover. Remove cured sealant mechanically.
- The bonded elements can be used at temperatures from –50°C to +100°C.
