Multipurpose Acrylic Construction Adhesive “Invisible Joint”
KBT-300
High-quality acrylic adhesive for fixing wood, chipboard, fiberboard, EPS, XPS and unplasticized PVC components to concrete, brick, stone, metal, plastered and wooden surfaces. Ideal for assembling wooden structures and bonding drywall, OSB, decorative elements, window sills and thermal insulation materials. Dries to an elastic, transparent film.
Speeds up finishing work and is economical and easy to use. For interior use; not recommended for bathrooms or shower enclosures. Solvent-free, non-toxic and non-flammable. Chemically neutral and non-corrosive to metals. Odorless, easy to apply and easy to clean. Once fully hardened, it can be coated with water-based and synthetic paints. Not suitable for prolonged water exposure.

Application
- Recommended application temperature from +5°C to +35°C.
- Apply the adhesive to clean, dry and degreased surfaces. One of the bonding surfaces should be porous.
- Apply the adhesive in a continuous coating or in dots of about 6 mm in diameter, depending on the work complexity.
- Apply the adhesive to one surface and leave it exposed to the air for 10-15 minutes to aid bonding. Then bring the surfaces together and press firmly.
- Touch-dry – no more than 120 minutes; repositionable within 30 minutes; ready to handle – 48 hours (depending on the porosity of bonded materials and the thickness of the adhesive layer) at a minimum temperature of +23°C and 50% humidity.
- As an indicator of drying, the color of the adhesive changes from milky white to colorless.
- Remove uncured adhesive with a moist cloth.
- Remove the cured adhesive mechanically.
Note: Don’t apply to aquariums and underwater seals. Not for use at temperatures below +5°C and in high humidity (>70%).
