- Carefully protect surfaces that are not to be treated.
- Apply at a minimum ambient temperature of +5°C.
- The product may separate during storage.
- Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
- Wear personal protective equipment: gloves, goggles and a respirator.
- Apply the product to the paint coating in an even layer (1-2 mm) with a brush and/or a spatula. In hot weather it is recommended to cover the treated parts with plastic film to slow down evaporation. Removing the most resistant 2K coatings (polyester or epoxy) may require several coats of the product, depending on the coating thickness and the ambient temperature.
- The product is working when the paint coating swells, lifts or softens. Remove the swollen coating with a spatula or a rag, then wash and degrease the stripped substrate. If necessary, repeat the treatment.
- The reaction time depends on the type and thickness of the coating (from 1 to 60 minutes).
- Do not allow the product to come into contact with plastic and rubber parts: it may change their properties and destroy them.
Gel Paint Remover
The paint remover is intended for removing most types of paint coatings (oil, alkyd, nitrocellulose, 2K and 1K acrylic and epoxy, etc.), including automotive finishes.
Unlike traditional mechanical methods, it removes the coating without the risk of damaging the surface. Removes up to three coats of paint in a single application, does not damage building materials and requires no special tools.
The gel KUDO® KU-9110 can be applied to vertical surfaces. It is not suitable for removing high-build powder coatings or coatings applied to porous surfaces (plaster, concrete, wood, etc.).
