The KUDO^® automotive range has a new product — 1K clear headlight varnish KUDO^® KU-9024.

This fast-drying acrylic varnish removes dullness and clouding and restores the factory clarity of car headlights. The coating has high light transmission and does not refract or scatter light.

The varnish has excellent adhesion to plastic and forms a clear protective layer resistant to UV radiation, road chemicals, sand and moisture. This keeps headlights clear and the car looking tidy for a long time.

KUDO^® is expanding its range of package sizes: 1K gloss automotive varnish KUDO^® KU-9010-2 is now supplied in a larger 800 ml aerosol can.

The new format means:

• More product — 800 ml instead of the 520 ml of the standard can;
• Fewer interruptions — no need to change cans often during the job;
• Convenience on large jobs — more varnish for coating body panels and other car parts.

The varnish is designed as the finish coat in refinish work with metallic paints. It forms a high-gloss protective layer that resists weathering, UV, abrasion and mechanical loads.

The color range of the Acrylic spray paint SILVER GRAIN FINISH has a new addition — “Stainless steel” KU-1036.

The new shade produces an even silver finish with a fine-grain metallic effect. It suits interior items, furniture and accessories, craft projects, restoration work and decorative accents.

The paint is intended for metal, wooden, plastic, plaster and ceramic surfaces. It dries quickly, has a pronounced metallic sheen and high abrasion resistance, and is suitable for interior and exterior use.

The KUDO^® PROFF decorative paint range has a new semi-matt rust stop protective paint 3 in 1 in a 900 ml can.

KUDO^® PROFF rust stop protective paint 3 in 1 creates a durable protective coating on steel and cast iron surfaces with rust or the remains of old paint layers. It can also be applied to brickwork, wooden and concrete surfaces.

The KUDO^® automotive range has a new product — Multipurpose adhesion promoter, developed for preparing surfaces before painting: it gives excellent bonding for the coatings applied over it — primers, paints, adhesives and sealants.

Its special formula allows work on difficult substrates without prior sanding: old paintwork, bare and galvanized metal, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, fiberglass, as well as chrome and powder-coated finishes.

The treated surface is ready to be overcoated with any 1K and 2K materials.

The automotive range has a new product —
Cold galvanizing compound. 1K zinc rich primer KUDO^® KU-2311.

The new 1K zinc rich primer is a professional cold galvanizing compound with the maximum zinc content in the dry film. It is intended for corrosion protection of metal surfaces used in high humidity and aggressive environments. A good choice where long-term corrosion protection of metal matters.

Supplied in 500 ml tin cans.

The KUDO^® automotive series has two new products for protecting metal surfaces.

Cold galvanizing compound. 1K zinc rich primer 96% KUDO^® KU-2302
The new 1K zinc rich primer is a professional cold galvanizing compound with the highest zinc content in the dry film. It is intended for the corrosion protection of metal surfaces and for service in high humidity and aggressive environments, and it suits those who need long-term corrosion protection of metal.

1K zinc-aluminum protective spray paint KUDO^® KU-2300
1K zinc-aluminum protective spray paint is a weather-resistant coating based on synthetic resins with a high content of zinc and aluminum pigment. It provides reliable corrosion protection together with a decorative metallic effect, and is the right choice where metal parts need both durable protection and a neat appearance.

The KUDO^® range now includes a new clear multipurpose rubber construction adhesive (KBK-407) for bonding battens, strips, sheets and cornices made of wood, chipboard, fiberboard, ceramics, glass and various plastics to concrete, brick, stone, metal, wooden and other surfaces.

It bonds parts to uneven surfaces instantly — skirting boards to out-of-true walls, for example — following every contour and leaving no gaps. Initial grab strength is 220 kg/m². It has a wide service temperature range (from –30°C to +60°C) and can be applied at temperatures from +5°C.

The KUDO^® automotive range has a new product — 1K gloss acrylic automotive varnish.

The 1K acrylic varnish is used as a finishing coat when a car body and other car parts are refinished with metallic-type paints.

It produces a high-gloss protective coating with excellent adhesion to the painted surface, high weather resistance and resistance to UV radiation, mechanical damage and abrasion.
