High-quality one-component multipurpose rubber-based adhesive KUDO® KBK-407 is designed for bonding battens, strips, sheets and cornices made of wood, chipboard, fiberboard, ceramics, glass and various plastics to concrete, brick, stone, metal, wooden and other surfaces.
Ideal for bonding building materials during repair and finishing work: assembling wooden structures, engineered wood flooring, solid parquet, floor panels, baseboards, moldings and decorative elements. It bonds parts to uneven surfaces instantly — baseboards on out-of-true walls, for example — following every curve and leaving no gaps.
The clear rubber construction adhesive speeds up finishing work, is economical and easy to use. Water resistant, for interior and exterior use, it can be applied at +5°C. High initial tack. Non-sag: it will not run down vertical surfaces.

Application
- Provide adequate ventilation while working.
- Apply at an ambient temperature from +5°C to +35°C.
- Apply the adhesive to clean, dry surfaces free from grease. KUDO® Universal degreaser is recommended for degreasing and cleaning.
- Cut off the cartridge tip above the thread, screw on the nozzle and remove the cap. Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to obtain an opening of the required size.
- Use a caulking gun for application. Apply the adhesive in dots or as a continuous bead. Bring the parts together immediately after application, turning them slightly.
- Pull the surfaces apart, wait 1-2 minutes, then bring them together and press firmly.
- Optimum properties are reached within 24-72 hours.
- Remove excess uncured adhesive with a cloth dampened with solvent. Remove cured adhesive mechanically.
- Bonded items can be used at temperatures from -30°C to +60°C.
Important! Not for use on surfaces that come into contact with food. Not for continuous water immersion.
