One-component polyurethane foam for installing glazed assemblies, door units and window sills, fixing wall panels, and filling cracks and gaps. Suitable for other construction, finishing and installation work. Developed for professional sealing and thermal and acoustic insulation in construction.

Winter gun-applied PU foam sealant KUDO® TREND 70 has excellent adhesion to most building materials, such as concrete, brickwork, plaster, wood, plastic, except for polyethylene, polypropylene and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Provides consistent output and a uniform, fine-cell cured foam structure.

Provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Low expansion pressure prevents distortion of the installed components.

KUDO® STABIL 2

The next-generation STABIL2 formulation builds a dimensionally stable, monolithic cell structure as the foam cures. Complies with FEICA® TM 1004:2013.

AFC

AFC® (Advanced Freeze Control) keeps the component blend workable, so the foam can be applied with the can at low temperature.

  • Linear yield in a standard 3×3 cm joint — 45 m*.
  • Post-expansion — 25%.
  • Tack-free time — up to 12 minutes*.
  • Low expansion pressure — not more than 5 kPa (TM 1009-2013).
  • Cutting time — up to 25 minutes*.
  • Dimensionally stable throughout the joint’s service temperature range.
  • Does not contain harmful solvents and fillers.
  • Cured foam is inert and safe to handle.
