Developed for installing glazed assemblies. The flexible cured foam resists deformation and accommodates joint movement caused by temperature changes and structural movement.

This window and door polyurethane foam sealant develops low pressure during expansion and curing to prevent frame distortion. Its thermal and acoustic insulation properties help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures and reduce sound transmission.

It has excellent adhesion to most building materials, such as concrete, brickwork, plaster, wood, and plastic, except for polyethylene, polypropylene and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

KUDO® STABIL 2

The next-generation STABIL2 formulation builds a dimensionally stable, monolithic cell structure as the foam cures. Complies with FEICA® TM 1004:2013.

AFC

AFC® (Advanced Freeze Control) keeps the component blend workable, so the foam can be applied with the can at low temperature.

  • Maximum width of sealing joint at 0°C – 80 mm (TM 1006:2013).
