The KUDO® KUSGUN12 professional half-barrel caulking gun is intended for applying sealants and construction adhesives in construction, installation and repair work. The reinforced lightweight steel body has a half-open shape that makes cartridges easy to change and keeps the gun clean. The black-oxide steel rod gives the drive mechanism a long and reliable service life. The drive mechanism gives smooth control of the output and a steady bead even with very thick sealants.
The ergonomic design keeps the effort required to a minimum. The body carries a hang hook for convenient storage. The gun takes standard cartridges of up to 310 ml.

Application
- Cut off the top of the cartridge above the thread, screw on the nozzle, remove the cap and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to a diameter matching the joint width.
- Press the pressure-release lever at the back of the handle and pull the rod all the way out.
- Insert the cartridge into the body of the gun.
- Press the pressure-release lever and push the rod all the way into the cartridge.
- Apply the sealant by squeezing the trigger and moving the nozzle of the cartridge smoothly along the joint.
- To take the cartridge out, press the pressure-release lever, pull the rod all the way out and remove the cartridge.
