KUDO® High Quality Acrylic Spray Primer is a high quality and fast-drying product. Designed for improving adhesion of the top coat to the surface being painted and providing anticorrosion protection for parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Excellent for pre-treating wood, gypsum and plastic with all types of paints and varnishes. It is also possible to prime old paint coatings.

The primer is highly thixotropic and fast drying, providing maximum usability. Can be easily applied to hard-to-reach areas, and has good coverage and highly sandable. It is paintable with all types of paints.

  • In order to avoid traces of aerosol, it is recommended to protect surfaces that are not to be treated.
  • To ensure the best results, the primer should be applied at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
  • Shake the can well for 2-3 minutes before use.
  • Spray 2 thin coats on a clean and degreased surface from a distance of 25-30 cm, letting each undercoat dry for 5-10 minutes at a temperature of +20°C. Dry to Touch time at +20°C — 15-20 minutes. Dry to Handle time at a temperature of +20°C — 1.5 hours.

To preserve the texture on a wooden surface, KU-9009 Clear Matt Nitrocellulose Lacquer Aerosol is recommended for priming.

Attention! After use, turn the can upside down and press the spray head (nozzle) until the compound stops coming out in order to prevent the nozzle from clogging. Prior to applying on plastic, it is advisable to test the product on a barely visible fragment of the treated surface.
