- Mask surfaces that are not to be treated to protect them from overspray.
- For best results, apply the primer at an ambient temperature of at least +10°C.
- Shake the can well for 2-3 minutes before use.
- Spray 2 thin cross-coats on a clean and degreased surface from a distance of 25-30 cm, allowing each coat to dry for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of +20°C. Time until ready to handle at +20°C — 2 hours. It is advisable to apply a finishing enamel coat immediately after the primer has dried.
Attention! After use, turn the can upside down and press the spray head (nozzle) until the compound stops coming out in order to prevent the nozzle from clogging.
To preserve the texture on a wooden surface, KU-9009 Clear matte Nitrocellulose Lacquer Aerosol is recommended for priming.
If additional sanding of the primer is required after application, an acrylic primer or filler should be used; either can be applied over an alkyd primer. These products can be applied in thick layers, dry quickly and are easy to sand. Alkyd primer is not suitable for subsequent sanding and dries very slowly when applied in a thick layer.
