Removable Anaerobic Thread Sealant and Threadlocker
KU-H211
One-component anaerobic gel for locking and sealing metal threaded joints during the installation and repair of heating and water supply systems.
Keeps threaded joints from loosening and unscrewing.
Protects the thread against corrosion. KUDO® KU-H211 thread sealant is resistant to antifreeze, gasoline and other technical fluids.
Benefits

- The threaded joint can be taken apart with standard hand tools when required.

Application
- Work is recommended at a temperature of +5-35°C, with the gel at +15-20°C.
- Before applying the product, clean and degrease the surfaces with KU-9100 Silicone Remover. Let dry.
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Spread the gel evenly over the whole surface of the male thread. For blind joints, several drops can be applied directly into the threaded hole.
- Assemble the joint and leave it to cure. The product cures only when confined between metal surfaces in the absence of air.
- Wipe off excess product with a rag.
- Fixture strength is reached in 10-30 minutes (depending on the metal, the gap and the temperature); full cure takes 24 hours.
- To make disassembly easier, heat the joint to 200-250°C with a heat gun or a blowtorch.
Leak testing:
- Up to 1 atm — 20 minutes after fixture strength is reached.
- Up to 10 atm — another 30 minutes later.
- Up to 40 atm — after 24 hours.
Warning! Increase the pressure gradually when leak testing the joint and putting it into service.
