Premium long-life gun for polyurethane foam sealants and foam adhesives. Fits all standard threaded foam cans. The lightweight universal brass adapter with PTFE coating and PTFE valve and the heavy-duty electroplated metal body with a PTFE gasket make the gun easier to clean and extend its service life. The tapered outlet nozzle and the large electroplated brass flow control knob allow smooth metering, maximum output and an even, uniform foam structure. The barrel and outlet nozzle polished on the inside reduce the resistance to the foam passing through the gun. The electroplated metal trigger and the ergonomic handle make the gun particularly comfortable to work with. The gun is fully serviceable: it can be disassembled for cleaning, which extends its service life. Plastic extension tubes are supplied.

Attention! Do not use a faulty or damaged gun! Before starting work, make sure that the valve seat in the gun adapter is thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise the can valve may open prematurely.
Application:
- The working position of the can is UPSIDE DOWN. Remove the protective cap from the can. Screw the gun onto the threaded valve adapter. Make sure the connection to the adapter is tight.
- Shake the can vigorously at least 15 times over 30 seconds.
- Apply the product to surfaces cleaned beforehand of dust, dirt, grease, ice and frost.
- At ambient temperatures above 0°C, mist the surfaces with water to improve adhesion.
- Open the flow control knob of the gun. Press the trigger and release a small amount of the product into a waste container.
- The output rate depends on how far the trigger is pressed and on the position of the flow control knob of the gun.
- During short breaks of up to 3 hours the gun can be left attached to the can with the flow control knob closed.
- When the can is completely empty, close the flow control knob of the gun and carefully remove the empty can.
Flushing and cleaning the gun:
- Clean the adapter of polyurethane foam residue.
- Screw the gun onto a can of cleaner.
- Open the flow control knob on the gun. Press the trigger all the way down and run the cleaner through the gun for 5 seconds.
- Repeat the operation three times.
- Close the flow control knob and carefully remove the can from the gun.
- To remove polyurethane residue from the outer parts, apply the cleaner to the external surfaces.
