Lightweight compact premium gun for polyurethane foam sealants and foam adhesives. Fits all standard threaded foam cans. The universal adapter and the brass needle provide reliable operation and a long service life. The electroplated metal body with a PTFE seal makes the gun easier to clean and extends its service life. The barrel and the outlet nozzle are polished on the inside, which reduces the resistance of the foam passing through the gun. The comfortable handle, the electroplated metal trigger and the plastic flow control knob give smooth dosing and convenient application. The gun is fully serviceable: it can be disassembled for cleaning, which extends its service life. Plastic extension tubes are supplied with the gun.

Warning! Do not use a faulty or damaged gun. Before starting work, make sure that the valve seat in the gun adapter is thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise the can valve may be triggered prematurely.
Application:
- The operating position of the can is UPSIDE DOWN. Remove the protective cap from the can. Screw the gun onto the cross-shaped threaded adapter. Check that the connection to the adapter is tight.
- Shake the can well at least 15 times in 30 seconds.
- Apply the product to clean surfaces free of dust, dirt, grease, ice and frost.
- To improve adhesion, mist the surfaces with water in ambient temperatures above 0°C.
- Open the flow control knob. Press the trigger and dispense a small amount of the product into a waste container.
- The output rate depends on how far the trigger is pressed and on the position of the flow control knob.
- During short breaks of up to 3 hours the gun can be left attached to the can with the flow control knob closed.
- When the can is completely empty, close the flow control knob and carefully unscrew the empty can.
Flushing and cleaning the gun:
- Clean any polyurethane foam residue off the adapter.
- Screw the gun onto a can of cleaner.
- Open the flow control knob. Press the trigger fully and run the cleaner through the gun for 5 seconds.
- Repeat the operation three times.
- Close the flow control knob and carefully remove the can from the gun.
- To remove polyurethane residue from the outside of the gun, apply the cleaner to the external surfaces.
KUDO® FOAM&GUN CLEANER is recommended for flushing the inside of the gun and for cleaning uncured foam off its outer surfaces.
