Before use, place the machine next to a compressor or a suitable outlet of the compressed air system. Bolt the machine to the bench top through the holes in the housing. Fit the detached door handles and the UP/DOWN switch lever. Make sure the air supply is stable at a pressure of up to 8-9 bar.
- Remove the aerosol cap with the disc and the spray head from the can.
- Take the plastic disc off the aerosol cap.
- Fit the plastic disc onto the piston head of the machine.
- Place the metal cup over the valve of the aerosol can and press it down firmly.
- Place the aerosol cap into the metal cup.
- Turn the cap in the cup until it seats.
- The nozzle must engage the aerosol valve: to do this, press firmly on the center of the cap.
- Fill the cap with paint up to the level marked on the support cup. (No more than 100 ml)
- Open the door of the machine
- Insert the can with the metal cup and the cap into the cup slot of the machine as far as it will go.
- If necessary, adjust the height of the platform, leaving a gap of at least 2 mm between the platform and the can. ATTENTION! Do not clamp the can with the cup tightly against the platform.
- Close the door of the machine fully in one movement. Feed air to the machine. You should hear the machine filling with air. Check on the gauge that the air pressure in the system is about 8 bar.
- Move the switch down to the DOWN position to start filling
- The filling time depends on the viscosity of the material! The minimum recommended filling time is 10 seconds. Successful filling of the material into the can is usually accompanied by a distinct sound.
- Move the switch up to the UP position to finish filling. Shut off the air supply to the machine.
- Open the door of the machine fully and take out the can.
- Remove the metal cup from the can.
- Take out the aerosol cap. If the cup is stuck, use the cup extractor supplied with the machine.
- Carefully fit the spray head onto the valve of the can and check that the valve works.
- Put the aerosol cap back on the can.
