KUDO® PROFF NEXTGEN one-component adhesive and sealant forms flexible, high-strength joints that withstand vibration and movement. For industrial and general construction and renovation, including vertical and inclined movement joints, facade and roof joints, and cracks in building panels and roof structures. Complies with ISO 11600 Type F Class 25 LM. Excellent adhesion to stone, brick, concrete, glass, plasterboard, rigid plastics (except polyethylene, polypropylene and fluoropolymers), ceramics, aluminum, metals, composites, stainless steel and wood. No primer required. For interior and exterior use.
Hybrid polymer adhesive and sealant, based on a modern alternative to MS polymers, forms a high-strength, durable joint that remains elastic throughout its service life. Suitable for joining materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion. Resistant to weathering and temperature changes. Thixotropic: does not run or sag in the joint. Once cured, it can be coated with water-based and synthetic paints; test compatibility before using solvent-based paints.
Chemically neutral, no chemical reaction with the materials to be bonded. Does not cause metal corrosion. Can be used for bonding delicate materials. Odorless, eco-friendly, non-toxic and non-flammable, free of isocyanates and solvents.

Application
- Recommended application temperature between +5°C and +35°C.
- Apply the adhesive and sealant to clean, degreased surfaces. For degreasing and cleaning, Silicone Remover KU-9100 is recommended.
- Protect surfaces with masking tape to ensure an accurate application and remove it immediately after applying the adhesive.
- For application, use a dispensing gun for sealants in foil packs.
- Prepare the dispensing gun: fully retract the plunger, unscrew the retaining nut and nozzle, and insert the foil pack. Carefully cut off the exposed end of the pack. Refit and secure the nozzle and retaining nut, ensuring that the opened end of the pack sits inside the nozzle. Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to obtain an opening of the required size.
- Apply a continuous bead without gaps or excessive build-up.
- Tool the sealant in the joint with a damp spatula. A soapy water solution is particularly effective.
- Remove cured sealant mechanically.
- Tack-free time is no less than 20 minutes, curing rate of 2-3 mm per day (at 23°C and 50% humidity).
- Remove uncured adhesive from surfaces with a solvent (acetone, white spirit).
- Remove cured adhesive mechanically.
Warning! Do not use on surfaces where contact with food is possible. Not for joints that are permanently under water. If solvent-based paints are used, run a test.
