Professional Winter PU Foam Sealant DONEWELL® 70

Intended for installing windows and glazed units and for a wide range of professional sealing, thermal and acoustic insulation work in construction.

The winter formulation of DONEWELL® foam allows work at low humidity and ambient temperatures down to -10°C and still forms a high-quality installation joint. Additives developed specifically for DONEWELL® foam control the balance of closed and open cells in the foam structure, which gives high resistance to deformation together with an effective combination of thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

A feature of the whole DONEWELL® range is low post-expansion, which keeps foam consumption under control when filling joints. Fully cured DONEWELL® foam is highly water-repellent, which substantially reduces the effect of air humidity on the installation joint and considerably extends its service life. It has excellent adhesion to most building materials, such as concrete, brick, wood, metal and plastic, except for polyethylene, polypropylene and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
