Professional All-Season PU Foam Sealant DONEWELL® 70

Developed for installing windows and glazed units and for a wide range of professional sealing, thermal and acoustic insulation work in construction.

Additives developed specifically for DONEWELL® foam balance the closed and open cells of the foam structure, which gives high resistance to deformation together with an effective combination of thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

A feature of the whole DONEWELL® range is low post-expansion, which keeps foam consumption under control when filling joints. Fully cured DONEWELL® foam is highly water-repellent, which substantially reduces the effect of air humidity on the installation joint and considerably extends its service life.

It has excellent adhesion to most building materials, such as concrete, brick, wood, metal and plastic.

  • Post-expansion — no more than 25%.
  • Low curing pressure on the structure: no more than 8 kPa (TM 1009:2013).
  • Foam yield — up to 70 liters*.
  • Joint yield — fills up to 45 m of a standard 3 × 3 cm joint*.
  • Tack-free time — up to 12 minutes*.
  • Cutting time — up to 30 minutes*.
  • Dimensional stability across the whole service temperature range of the installation joint.
  • High resistance to moisture and mold.
