KUDO® high-quality multipurpose acrylic adhesive for bonding wood, chipboard, fiberboard, EPS, XPS and unplasticized PVC components to concrete, brick, stone, metal, plastered and wooden surfaces.
Ideal for assembling wooden structures and bonding drywall, OSB, decorative elements, window sills and thermal insulation materials. Speeds up finishing work and is economical and easy to use. For interior use; not recommended for bathrooms or shower enclosures.
Solvent-free, non-toxic and non-flammable. Chemically neutral and non-corrosive to metals. Odorless, easy to apply and easy to clean. Once fully hardened, it can be coated with water-based and synthetic paints. Not suitable for prolonged water exposure.

Application
- Recommended application temperature from +5°C to +35°C.
- Apply the adhesive to clean, dry and degreased surfaces.
- Treat glossy surfaces with sandpaper. One of the bonding surfaces should be porous.
- Slight surface dampness is acceptable on cellular materials.
- Highly porous materials such as gypsum, foamed concrete etc should be primed with a mixture of 1 part of KUDO® adhesive and 2 parts of water. If necessary, run adhesion tests before application.
- Cut off the tip of the cartridge above the screw thread, screw on the nozzle, unscrew the nozzle cap.
- Apply with a cartridge caulking gun.
- For a wide adhesive strip cut off the nozzle diagonally (at an angle of 45°) according to the diameter of the joint width.
- Apply the adhesive in strips or dots at a distance of 10–15 cm between them.
- Slide the component into position while pressing firmly. For vertical bonding, slide downward.
- If repositioning is needed, slide the component without separating the bonded surfaces. Do not leave the adhesive cartridge open for more than 20 minutes.
- Tack-free time – not more than 1 hour; repositionable within 30 minutes; full strength is reached in 48 hours (at 23 °C and 50 % humidity).
- Service temperature: -30°C to +70°C.
- Remove uncured adhesive with a moist cloth.
- Clean tools with water, clean hands with water and soap.
- Remove the cured adhesive mechanically.
Note: Don’t apply to aquariums and underwater seals. Not for use at temperatures below +5°C and in high humidity (>70%).
