Technical Information

• In order to avoid traces of aerosol, it is recommended to protect surfaces that are not to be treated.
• To ensure the best results, the enamel should be applied at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
• Do not spray on hot surfaces or parts! Be sure to let these cool down to ambient temperature to prevent fire.
• Shake the can well for 2-3 minutes before use.
• Spray 2-3 thin cross-coats from a distance of 25-30 cm onto a clean, degreased and dry surface that is free of rust and dirt, letting each undercoat dry for 10-15 minutes at + 20°C. Dry to Touch time at +20°С is at least 10 minutes.
• Important! To ensure the required properties, the coating must be heat-cured at least 24 hours after painting: heat it stepwise to 250°C taking a 5-10-minute pause at temperatures of 100°C and 200°C, and maintain this temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes. Use a heating cabinet or the open flame of a gas burner or blowtorch to heat a treated product; either method is suitable. When the temperature reaches 250°C, the coating will begin to emit smoke slightly, which is normal and indicates that the heat curing process is in progress.

Attention! Do not apply the enamel to hot surfaces to prevent the coating from catching fire!

Attention! After use, turn the can upside down and press the spray head (nozzle) until the enamel stops coming out in order to prevent the nozzle from clogging.
