- Mask surfaces that are not to be painted to protect them from overspray.
- For best results, apply the enamel at an ambient temperature of at least +10°C.
- Do not spray on hot surfaces or parts! They must be cooled down to ambient temperature beforehand to avoid ignition.
- Shake the can well for 2-3 minutes before use.
- Spray the enamel from a distance of 25-30 cm onto a dry surface that has been cleaned of rust and dirt and degreased, in 2-3 coats, letting each coat dry for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of +20°C. Touch-dry at +20°C is not less than 10 minutes.
- Important! To ensure the required properties, the coating must be heat-cured at least 24 hours after painting: heat it stepwise to 250°C taking a 5-10-minute pause at temperatures of 100°C and 200°C, and maintain this temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes. Use a stove or the open flame of a gas burner or blowtorch to heat the coating; either method is suitable. When the temperature reaches 250°C, the coating will begin to emit smoke slightly, which is normal and indicates that the heat curing process is in progress.
Attention! Do not apply the enamel to hot surfaces – the coating may ignite during application!
Attention! After use, turn the can upside down and press the spray head (nozzle) until the enamel stops coming out in order to prevent the nozzle from clogging.
