  • In order to avoid traces of aerosol, it is recommended to protect surfaces that are not to be treated.
  • For best results, apply the product at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
  • Do not apply primer! A primer, unlike heat-resistant paints, does not withstand high temperatures.
  • Do not spray on hot surfaces or parts! They must be cooled down to ambient temperature beforehand to avoid ignition.
  • When painting cooking utensils, spray only the exterior surfaces!
  • Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
  • The paint is applied to a clean and dry surface, free from rust, dirt, old paint and grease. Spray the paint from a distance of 25-30 cm, in 1-2 paint coats, with intercoat drying 10-15 minutes. Dry to touch at +20°C is not less than 10 minutes, dry to handle at +20°C – 2 hours.
  • To ensure the required properties, the coating must be heat-cured at least 24 hours after painting: heat it stepwise to 250°C taking a 5-10-minute pause at temperatures of 100°C and 200°C, and maintain this temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes. Use a stove or the open flame of a gas burner or blowtorch to heat the coating; either method is suitable. When the temperature reaches 250°C, the coating will begin to emit smoke slightly, which is normal and indicates that the heat curing process is in progress.

Warning! The first time you use the barbecue, smoke and odour are emitted, but not afterwards. After use, to avoid clogging the spray head, turn the can upside down and spray until the paint stops coming out.
